• Get a quote: We inspect and weigh your package to give you a clear, upfront price.

• Fill out the form: You'll complete a simple form with sender and recipient details. We'll take a copy of your ID for security.

• Pay and ship: Once the airway bill is created and signed, you can pay via Cash, Card, Cash App, or Zelle. We'll then securely seal your package, ready for its flight.

Your package is now in our care and on its way. We ship our packages by air to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You can expect your shipment to arrive in Addis Ababa within 5 to 7 business days, often even sooner. Each package has its own airway bill for tracking its progress.

As soon as the flight lands, our dedicated team in Addis Ababa takes over. They manage the initial import process and work to clear your package through Ethiopian customs swiftly.

If your item requires customs duties, our team will secure the official declaration paper and contact the recipient with two convenient options:

1. Self-Clearance: The recipient can collect the papers from our office and handle the tax payment themselves at the airport.

2. Full-Service Clearance: We can handle everything for them! Our team will pay the tax and process all paperwork for a small service fee.

Once the package is cleared and at our office in Meskel Flower, we will immediately call the recipient to let them know it's ready.
